Yeah, that will tell me to price the board to customer on that failure for COD's. If warranty, shouldn't RCA pay for a board replacement and expedite a board to the shop. Can't tell there are no boards worldwide for a warranty customer. 8 parts on a flyback job and still no guarantees for the same ole $$$$ as a board swap.. That is worse than those Philips H8's. Change a flyback in customers home at suppertime and you might leave at bedtime and the set may still be dead. I will estimate the board and go home for supper.
