Kevin,
Tritronics has it under a Toshiba P/N BZ611003 but without the K on the end.
We ordered one but I'm not sure if it will be right or not, may be a surface
mount where a DIP is needed. Also I had an email this morning from this
place and says he has them in stock as LA76814K. He did not give a price.

I have the exact TV with Audio, no Video, black screen. I suspect the
LA76814K but am unable to find a supplier.
