I'm looking into getting an IT degree with a brick and mortar college that does online also. I figure that very very soon these whole house multimedia systems will be the norm. Essentially a server in a closet----wireless signal to all of the monitors in the house. Someday we might get wireless electricity. I know they have some kitchen floors wired like cordless electric razors---without terminals. I was gonna say they might not be able to generate enough for a big screen monitor----but maybe.
