[TechAssist] Goldstar 20" CMT-9722 Chassis-NC92A (Regulator)

Anyone have anything on this old set. Regulator runs at about
116V..instead of 130V.
Actually the picture fluctuates,(brightness and scan) has a slight
60cycle ripple. I am further into this set, then I should be. Set came
in originally with vertical compressed, and this regulator problem.
Replace C302..2200/16 volts, and cured vertical. Open C426..1ufd/250V
open. Anyone have anything in their database, or would someone have the
schematic..
