Those units were made by Samsung. If that part is available at all it would
have to come from GoVideo or from a Samsung parts distributor. If they cant
identify it try putting a "KA" in front of the part number. Several years
ago we had a older GoVideo with a defective remote and were told that there
were no parts available for the remotes.
