[TechAssist] Go-Video M# GV-6025; Micro locks up

Hi all,
This is a Go Video Dual deck. Customer complains that the power button
wouldn't work. When I plugged it in, all functions, such as power, menu,
were locked up. I could get no response from the remote, either. It righted
itself after a few minutes, and has been fine since.
Obviously, I'll be testing this further, but I need some opinions.
