Thats a Shintom mechanism and the F/R Clutch has not been available for
several years, Unless GoVideo has somehow obtained a new supply.
I repair the old one by cutting off the nub that has split, flush with the
main body. Then I cut a groove around the axle where it protruded into the
nub, and put a split washer onto the groove to hold the whole thing
together.
