This is just a radio with a simple AC transformer.  The output is most
likely 6-12 volts AC.  The caps on the board are 16 volt and 10 volt.

Usually what I do is check if it is battery operated.  if it is battery
operated.  then the output of the battery is equal to the output of the
transformer's secondary.

but if this is clock radio.  there are many output voltage.  I just
rewind
the transformer primary coil.
sometimes the primary is not really open, there is internal fusible in
the
transformer,  try to check if there other transformer primary pins.
