[TechAssist] GE TV 32GT740 CTC203CA9 does flyback need replacing?

This is only the 2nd CTC203 I've worked on.
I have this GE TV model 32GT740 chassis CTC203CA9 with shorted HOT Q4401
and reg. transistor Q4101 and open fuse. Haven't checked resistors yet
but diodes all check ok. I have tested the flyback with my HR flyback
tester and it shows a good collector waveform, 39kV output and no
indication of problems.
I have read tips that suggest the flyback is usually bad if the HOT is
shorted. Is it a case where it shorts under full load? My HR tester
hasn't been wrong yet so I'm wondering if it is a given that the flyback
should be replaced regardless.
What is the part number for this flyback?
