[TechAssist] GE DVD--GE1101P--Regulator, TOP223Y--Need Thomson Part Number

Hello,
This DVD player was hit by lightning and the, I'm guessing, Regulator
transistor in the power supply was smoked. It is a TOP223Y. I can't find
that number with any of my distributors so I was looking for the RCA number
and will go that route.
