GE 27G7277 CTC203AF9 no picture has OSD + sound
customer thought they spilled water on it but internally shows no evidence.
Video can be produced by jumping the tv video and Y pins on the upright
swiching board (uses a LA7221 --on order)although the picture is shiny.
