You beat me to it, Doug. As far as the "=" I suggest checking your Mime settings in your email client. Since you have all those useless acronyms after your name, I will assume your using MS Outlook as I am. I had this same problem a couple of weeks ago and adjusting the Mime settings is what took care of it. Have a nice day.
