Hey, don't forget C4108 (47uf or 39uf )to the base of q4101, it gets leaky
and whacks the smps output, causing repeating failures.

As for your 15uf@50wv, that caps job is to monitor the current flow thru the
smps output and is used for overcurrent protection, I'd stick to 15uf.
