Has any tech have any tips on this Panasonic CT32G23W with a AEDP311
chassis. It came in with a blown HOT and has a good whine when turning
up the Variac to 60 volts. I have found no bad caps or open resistors
that are common in power supply. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!
