Look at the cathodes, Blue ,Red and green. Use the scope and monitor the
cathodes.It will give you the conduction rate.All three should be the
same.If one is taking too long to conduct, you will see the pulse will
either a larger peak to peak voltage or actual peak moving very slowly.
This tells you the cathode is not conducting i.e no current draw, this will
activate IK > Current Cathode.
