Well, the scan rates will not change.....but
You'll probably always see 480i , 480p, 720p and 1080i signals,
Although I suspect most, if not all TV stations will move towards 1080i, 
ABC is the only one I know that transmits 720P.
So no, you'll see 4 standards.
