[TechAssist] Follow up: Sony Proj. KP-43T90 Chassis RA-3B. No video, sound ok, OSD / menu is bowed, mis-converged.

Anyone have any tips or notes on this chassis, working with out a schematic?
These voltage test points G board check good:
TP 19v. (ok)
TP +15v. (ok)
TP -15v. (ok)
TP 11v. (ok)
TP -12v. (ok)
TP stby 5v. (ok)
TP 200v. (ok)
TP 135v. (ok)
On G board connector CN202 to A board CN501
the -5v. (ok)
but the +5v. measures only 3.6v!
With clip CN202 lifted +5v. measures 4.3
Going to check the 9v. supplies on the A board tomorrow.
Maybe someone has ran into this before, or can help?
