Problem Dead Set D825 protect shorted
Solution was
IC803 C5HABZZ00062 -STR58041A
D825 TVSSR2KL (140V cascade/ avalanche diode)
C620 10uf 63v (replaced just incase)
Q551- HOT BU2506DF (subbed 2SC2927) did not test bad but would not work
seemed to be problem with its interal damper network.
