[TechAssist] Fisher TAD993 cd carrosel lost disk memory

Helo all,
The usual complaint about these is the m-err that results from a defective
clutch gear. This customer had that repair done a year and a half ago. Now all
the loaded disks are trapped since the machine has "forgotten" about them. It
will do a single load/play/eject operation just fine.
Anyone seen this?
