FIX RCA F27442 CTC203AD9 No Video, No HV. Audio OK. Had not seen this on the
CTC203AD9 chassis. Seen many time on CTC203AD5 and others. Resoldered coil
(L14401) going to base of HOT (Q14401) and pin 6 of horiz. driver transformer
(T14301).
