[TechAssist] FIX: Phillips combo mod#CCB092AT02 (Funai)

Unit took a surge, was used in van and battery
exploded, found D1623, 33V zener shorted. Replaced and
shorted again. Replaced iso-coupler and diode, unit is
100%. Thanks Peggs!
