[TechAssist] F32649 CTC203CA9 need info

This set came in with regulator shorted. Replaced regulator with reg.kit
and set lasted 3 weeks and came back with horizontal output shorted and
cr14402 shorted. Found bad solder on drive transformer ( I know should have
checked the first time) replaced and set came back 2 weeks later same
problem. Found flyback had only 6 rings. Replaced flyback and now the timing
is 12.3ms and the load test shows 86 ma which says bad on the sencore
tester. The set runs good and the only pin that drops the load is the
filament pin. My question is can anyone verify that 12.3ms is correct for
this set and that 86ma is right also. I have no other sets to check to make
sure. Thanks.
