[TechAssist] Emerson TV service menu codes

I have a couple Emerson - made TVs here which I need to get into the
service menus.
I have tried the "volume- down til minimum, then press # 9" idea but
that hasn't worked. Either I"m doing it wrong or it is not the right
code.
