Hi Eric;The 5V for this chassis comes from the ''emmiter'' of
Q802=KTC3207=NTE399.You should have 12V on the collector,if not,check
R808=1ohm/1watt fuseable,also D806,from pin 6 of
T801....hth....regards...Don
