Found on Toshiba site.
TP48D50
Date....: 1996-10-18
Fault...: CANNOT CONTROL CONVERGENCE
Bulletin:
Check F701 and F702 fuses in power supply. If F701 is o/c then Q702 STK in ì
Conv-Out board is faulty. If F702 is o/c the Q701 STK is faulty.
Before firing unit up after replacing the faulty STK,s check the 2.7ohm 1/2
ì
watt resistors on the board i.e. R713, R720, R725, R732, R739 and R744.
It is important that the resistors measure 2.7ohms.!!!
Q701 and Q7022 ( part # 23904231 )
R713 etc ( part # 24546279 ).
Also it is advisable to resolder QJ01 and QJ02 the +5v and -5v regulators.
