[TechAssist] Changhong Tv Model # CKT1427 Chassis # CN-12C stuck in parental control.

Is there a sequence or something to get this thing out of parental control?
All I get on the screen is a small red key in the left lower corner. I tried
holding all the keys for a while but nothing seems to work. Thanks.
