[TechAssist] Can a KSS320E laser pickup be subbed to a KSS320B

I have a AM /FM/CD player out of a 1996 NISSAN Pathfinder. the laser is
down can I sub it with the supplier has # on the deck are F5FF-18C815AB
and 281850W000
the CD mechanism has the # CQHG066078
Have no literature on unit but cd mechanism I think was made by Sony
Ant help in this matter would be appreciated
