[TechAssist] CTC187AB How to I access the service menu?

CTC187AB; I forget how to access the service menu in this set. I have a
vertical height problem (pic streched top to bottom). I touched up the tuner
grounds and posts (was needed)but picture remains the same. I would like to
view the vertical setting, but forget the button sequence, unless this chassis
requires the PC hookup.
