check the .012 cap on the crt neck board, and the transistor that it is
connected to, I think its 5004, should be on the base, also the high
voltage caps with 250 volt rating or so, that filter hv. will cause
flickering, excessive brightness etc. near and around the flyback

There is no video out of RGB's on IC1oo1. No video at pin 63 of IC1001.
Replaced IC1001 to no avail. 7.5v Ok.
