[TechAssist] CTC169 aft drift and no auto-programming

I just wanted the group to know the fix on the CTC169 that would'nt
program. The fix was suggested to me by a member but I lost the e-mail.
Thanks for the tip. The fix was change the Video tank coil not adjust it.
