[TechAssist] Beware of generaic 95-4134-15 zenith flyback

This is my third time I have seen this now. I install a 95-4134-15 flyback
and then I see the set about a year later (not a redo) with a convergence
problem, Pix will bow all sides and pulsate resembling bad convergence ICs,
even two of the 1 ohm resistors will be burned. Before you change the ICs
check the -5v reg on the convergence board for input and output, if there is
no -9v feeding the reg IC you have an open flyback winding on pin 2
