I'm not ASC for Thompson.  I'd have to call their tech line and PAY THEM to
tell someone who probably could care less that their software don't work.  I
can here it now, "You must be doing something wrong" - "Our techs use that
software every day" etc...  That'll be 20 bucks for the phone call...
