[TechAssist] Apex TV Model # GT2415 Hi Voltage Only

Hello Gang, I have this Apex TV Mod.#2415,Ch.#CH-10C2 that has no raster, no
sound, high voltage ok (28KV). I don't have anything to go by. Never seen one
before. Before I through it into the trash,can anyone help? Thanks! Grady
