[TechAssist] Any Bulletins for Sony DVD player model DVP-S560D ???

Customer complaint is
"loads disc,says no disc" and
"when it DOES play,it won't play past Track 13 or 14".
Sometimes it DOES load and say no Disc,but when it
DOES play,it seems to play all the way thru.
Anyway,
in WinStips I'm finding a couple of tips that make me
think there may be Bulletins on these units.
One says to change the value of R416 and R418 from
150K to 82K(Symptom was 'says no disc')
I can't find these resistors BTW.Also to
change F402 with a 0 ohm resistor.
I see the board marked with F401 and F402,but
I can't tell which SM device are the Fuses.
Another says to Cut part of Optical Block Flatwire
reinforcement Board.............................WHAT ???
