I have heard of several methods to unlock this so please let us know which
is the correct method.
1. If password was never created, use factory passsword 3308 or 99999. If
password was created and forgotten, go to preferences and reset to default,
then use the factory codes.
2. On the remote, press F (on upper right corner) and mute for 5 seconds.
3. Hold menu on TV and volume down on remote for 5 seconds.
5. When password menu is on screen, press (on remote) mute, diplsy, clear,
reset.
This TV uses chassis CN12 chassis so I believe the first one is correct but
please let us know. John.
