[TechAssist] APEX GB5108 help needed

This one has a bowtie shaped line across center of screen. (together in
center and about 2 inches high at edges. Not sure if it is a vertical
collapse or a convergence problem. Hoping someone has ran into this and can
point me in the right direction.
