I had a tricky one like that. Turned out CX-2105 was bad. It is the scan
derived 23V filter that  supplies VCC to the vert output IC . My picture
would jump and tear. It checked good out of cct ! I had to try a new one to
get my set fixed.
On your chassis it is a 470uf I believe. Swap it out to be sure.
