[TechAssist] !!2nd request!! Toshiba VCR M-3285 need power supply schematic or data sheet on STK7251

I am working on a Toshiba VCR Model# M-3285. The unit turns on and the
display is a little weak. The main problem is non of the VCR functions work
at all. I think I am probably missing a voltage but I don't have a
schematic. I would appreciate it if some one could send, fax or email a copy
of the regulator schematic or at least a data sheet for the STK7251
regulator IC.
