     I am sorry but I had an ulterior motive for continuing this discussion. I
wished to find out what the knowledge base was in the TV repair industry in the
USA. Few people seemed to be aware of just how little it takes to kill, a few
hundred milli amps flowing across your heart for a few minutes will give you 
your
wings. The voltage is really irrelevant. Ohms law. Knowlege of that was low,
marked exceptions yes but on average the knowlege base is limited. The
understanding of generation and distrobution was again limited, I think a number
would be pushing against the wind to get their papers here.
