No experience with a tow dolly, but I did flat tow my bus from Utah to Bryan 
with no issues.  With a tow dolly the nose of the bus will high so expect some 
poor fuel economy. Make you have good tires, transmission in neutral and I 
checked the bearings any time I stopped.
