Not exactly sure about that particular system, L jet right? I know D jet, and 
the main things that can cause flooding are:

Fuel pressure too high. Either because of a faulty pressure regulator or a 
clogged return line.

Charging voltage low. The ECU needs the voltage to be correct to send the 
proper signals.

Head temp sensor resistance could be too high or too low.
