Top Speed in my Binz was the "D" of VDO. It was a 70 mph speedo and I didn't
have a GPS at the time so I have no idea how fast "D" is. 85-90? Only did it
once on a long straight road going down hill in Colorado. 1776cc engine,
Freeway flier trans with and aftermarket 3.44 ring and pinion, big nut redux
boxes, and 15" rims with tall tires. The bus cruised very nice at 70 - 75
around 3500 rpm. It was built for road trips
