I'd trade you the tank that's in my SC for a good bay tank. _____ From: tcb-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:tcb-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Alma Jo Barrera Sent: Friday, May 28, 2010 8:20 AM To: tcb@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [tcb] Re: gas tank bus ----- Original Message ----- From: sammie <mailto:bugcollections@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> smith To: tcb@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Thursday, May 27, 2010 9:38 PM Subject: [tcb] Re: gas tank For a bus, bug or what? I have some bug ones, but no bus tanks. Also, if you are coming up with a used bus tank with a fuel gauge sender for a bus I would strongly recommend that you put in a new sender prior to installing the tank. Or at least test the old one to make sure it works. You don't want to go to the trouble of installing a bus tank only to find out the fuel sender doesn't work. You have to pull the engine and the tank to replace the sender. I know, you don't have to pull the engine in a DC or SC to pull the tank, but you sure as heck have to in a bus. _____ From: Alma Jo Barrera <patchmongrel1@xxxxxxxxxx> To: TCB <tcb@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Thu, May 27, 2010 8:22:28 PM Subject: [tcb] gas tank anyone have a decent early 60's tank with sender?
