I can no longer manually add people to the list. I can only kick off
the interactive subscribe routine. Tell him to expect an email that he
MUST reply to to be added to the list.

While FreeLists used to provide list admins with a means of subscribing
users manually, due to the CASL effective July 1, 2014, we can no
longer safely offer this feature.
Subscribers must now take a more active role in the subscription
process. Please direct them to your List Page here:
