Sorry for the delayed reply.

One condition on beetle purchase is NO SUPER BEETLES! <grin>

It's a prejudice against struts. 

There's a '69 body on the Aircooler's list for $150 and if it's still there
after the 21st I'll see about finding a trailer and going after it. 

Working until midnight Sunday then driving up see Mom. Back to work when I
return from AL until midnight the 20th. Then I'll have 3 days off to do
something.

Thanks for keeping an eye out.

If anyone spots a Rabbit Vert (Cabriolet) for a decent price (running and
driveable) let me know.
