I don't split the case.I will replace the crankshaft seal, cylinder base gaskets, pushrod tube seals,oil cooler seals and genarater stand gaskets.I don't replace the oil pump gaskets unless there is an obvious leak there.Some time I don't replace the cylinder base gaskets if they are dry.
