I hate people that reply to their own e-mails, but I needed to add a ps. I
tried looking up an aerial image on mapquest. Don't know how current their
satellite images are but the one on mapquest does not show anything under
construction at this location. Apparently it has all been done since the
satellite photo was taken.

the north of 7 a couple of miles, large concrete slabs going in next to 7, what
appears to be a new rail line being built and what appears to be a large
concrete building being built on the south side of 7. I stopped in Marguez and
asked the clerk, a little lady who appeared to be about 70 and would know
everything about anything in the area, what the construction project was. She
said no one knew but it was supposed to employ a lot of people when completed.
She sounded like it was a secret that none of the
locals had an answer for.
Ok, I have a mystery. New Nuke plant, coal fired generating plant, Martians
have landed and are building a city, polygamist are relocating to central
Texas, VW is building a new assembly plant for busses? Any body know anything.
