Well, it's not a bus, but my Baja sets off car alarms going down the street,
driving through parking lots or where ever.  Not so bad anymore since the fad
of add-on car alarms seems to have died out, and the newer factory alarms are
not that sensitive.  I can't comment on parking garages since I can't get in
most parking garages; with the surf board on top it won't go in most parking
garages.

When I had a Monza-like exhaust on my Bus, sometimes when I would drive around
in a parking garage his sweet sound would set off car alarms.  Very fun!

Buses make people smile, especially the driver.

God I love my new bus! Do they have "speed humps" in your neighborhood?
They're like really fat speed bumps. They will rattle your bones in most cars
going over 10MPH. Not in a bus! At 25MPH it feels like jumping a horse over a
small brook. And you can't help giggling!
Another great thing- I smelled antifreeze today. Like Pavlov's dogs I
instantly reacted only in that gut wrenching "Oh crap, I hope that's not coming
from MY car!" way. HA! Silly me. I just laughed out loud and kept boogyin' over
those humps grinning like I had a coat hanger stuck in my mouth.
