[tcb] Flooring Suggestions

I have to pull all?the cabintery?out to replace my hinges anyway so, I'm
putting in hardwood flooring or tile in the rear area. I want to be able to
pull it up relatively easy so I can maintain the floor underneath if need be.
What have ya'll used for adhesive and leveling? My plan is:
