That's probably the most realistic price of any VW sold at BJ.  It's only about 
20% high, assuming that it is a professional restoration recently done.  Pro 
restored 23 done corrrectly should go for about 45,000 and I'll guarantee you 
can't have one restored by a pro VW restorer for less than that.  Lenny Coop 
would probably get 45-50,000 grand for restoring a 23 to showroom new.  But 
they should still sell for no more than 45,000.  BJ auction stinks when it 
comes to legitimate values on any thing.
